CSC Scholarship 2027: documents checklist for Bangladeshi students
Planning to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship? Here is the full list of documents you should start preparing now — and the mistakes that get applications rejected.
The Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) covers tuition, a dormitory room, medical insurance and a monthly stipend. Competition is high, so a complete and clean file matters as much as your result.
Documents you need
- Passport (valid for at least 18 months)
- SSC & HSC certificates and transcripts (Bachelor) — plus Bachelor certificate & transcript for Master
- Study plan / research proposal (800+ words for Master and PhD)
- Two recommendation letters from teachers or professors
- Foreigner Physical Examination Form
- Police clearance certificate
- English proficiency proof (IELTS, Duolingo or English-medium certificate)
Common mistakes
- Blurry scans — always scan in colour at good resolution.
- Name spelled differently on passport and certificates.
- A generic study plan copied from the internet.
Tip: start your physical examination and police clearance early — they take the longest.
